02 - Toss in a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie, especially when using fresh berries.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup as desired.
05 - Pour into glasses and serve right away for the freshest flavor and best texture.

# Tips from flavorandfeast:

01 -
  • It takes five minutes from fridge to glass, which means no excuses on busy mornings.
  • Frozen berries make it taste like a milkshake while sneaking in real nutrition.
02 -
  • Over-ripened bananas are your best friend here because they bring natural sweetness without any added sugar.
  • If you use all frozen berries and skip the ice, the smoothie turns out impossibly thick, almost like soft serve.
03 -
  • Freeze your bananas peeled and chopped in a bag so they are always ready to drop straight into the blender.
  • Layer liquids first, then soft ingredients, then frozen items on top for the smoothest blend with the least scraping.
