# What goes in:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1 ripe banana

→ Liquids

04 - 1 cup coconut water (or regular water or milk of choice)

05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

06 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt

# Cooking steps:

01 - Place mango chunks, pineapple chunks, banana, and coconut water into the blender jar.
02 - If using, add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and chia or flaxseeds to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
04 - Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if a sweeter flavor is desired, then blend briefly to incorporate.
