02 - Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
03 - Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to firm up for easier shaping.
04 - Using clean hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange evenly on a tray lined with parchment paper.
05 - Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving. Transfer finished balls to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
