04 - Arrange skewers evenly on a serving platter and serve chilled for optimal freshness.

# Tips from flavorandfeast:

01 -
  • These skewers look fancy but take less time to make than your playlist does to load.
  • The combo of creamy feta, crisp watermelon, and juicy blueberries is unexpectedly addictive.
02 -
  • If you cut the watermelon too small, everything becomes wobbly and tricky to stack.
  • Patting the feta dry with a paper towel stops it from slipping off the skewer.
03 -
  • Don't skip the pat-dry step for feta and watermelon or your hands will get slippery fast.
  • Adding a pinch of flaky sea salt right at the end is pure magic—don't tell, just try it.
