01 - Add almond milk, frozen banana, rolled oats, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond butter, sea salt, and ice to a blender.
02 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more oats for additional thickness.
04 - For a cookie-dough texture, pulse in the mini chocolate chips at the end.
05 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
