# What goes in:

→ Beef

01 - ½ lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Alfredo Sauce

04 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - ¾ cup heavy cream
07 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Pizza Base & Toppings

10 - 1 medium (12 inch) pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
11 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
13 - ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
14 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

# Cooking steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza stone in oven if using to preheat thoroughly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Season beef slices with salt and pepper. Sear quickly for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
05 - Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough, leaving a ½ inch border for the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the sauce. Distribute seared beef and red onion slices evenly across the top.
06 - Bake for 14-18 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly with lightly browned spots.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes to set. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Slice and serve immediately.

# Tips from flavorandfeast:

01 -
  • The Alfredo sauce creates an incredibly rich base that makes every bite feel luxurious
  • Tender beef adds substance that turns pizza from snack into a proper meal
02 -
  • Pre cook the beef completely because the baking time is not long enough to safely cook raw meat through
  • Let the Alfredo sauce cool slightly before spreading, or the heat will make the dough soggy and sad
03 -
  • Grate your own Parmesan because pre shredded contains anti caking agents that prevent smooth melting
  • Brush the crust edge with a little olive oil before baking for extra golden color and crunch
