# What goes in:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 cup gluten-free barbecue sauce

→ Corn

09 - 4 ears corn on the cob, husked
10 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

13 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
14 - Lime wedges (optional)

# Cooking steps:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry. Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Coat chicken thoroughly with seasoning mixture on all sides.
03 - Brush each ear of corn with melted butter. Season with salt and black pepper according to preference.
04 - Place seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting each side with barbecue sauce during the final 3 to 4 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
05 - While the chicken cooks, grill the corn, turning occasionally, until golden and tender, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
06 - Transfer grilled chicken and corn from the grill. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
07 - Serve sliced chicken beside corn on the cob. Garnish with fresh parsley and lime wedges as desired.

# Tips from flavorandfeast:

01 -
  • The secret smoky spice mix seeps right into the chicken, making each bite unforgettable.
  • Grilling corn alongside means almost no extra work, but every plate looks beautifully colorful.
02 -
  • Trying to flip the chicken too soon will make it stick—wait till grill marks form before touching.
  • Basting with barbecue sauce at the end prevents it from burning but gives that perfect caramelized edge.
03 -
  • Letting the chicken rest before slicing locks in the juiciness every single time.
  • Don’t skip oiling the grill grates—a little extra prevents sticking and flip disasters.
